Tighten up with Kegel Balls!

Ben Wa Balls and Duotone Balls are all the rage right now. You might have read about them in 50 Shades of Grey, but these fellas have been around since 500 A.D and were originally used by oriental Geishas. Much like kegel exercises, which strengthen the pelvic floor, these balls are worn inside the vagina for a varied amount of time to achieve similar results. Many factors can weaken  the pelvic floor such as childbirth, surgery, aging and being overweight. Strengthening the pelvic floor will help women increase their sexual pleasure, feel tighter for their partner and prevent urinary incontinence.
